When reporting a bug, it helps to include:

  • which tool you were using (a link to the page is perfect);
  • your browser and device (for example, "Chrome on Android");
  • what you expected and what happened instead.

Please never email us the actual file you were working with if it contains personal or sensitive information — we don't need it, and our whole design is that we never see it.
